Shandong Qingbaotang Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is located in the Jiaxiang High-Speed Railway Industrial Park in Jining and is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the comprehensive fields of scientific research, production, and sales within the broader health sector. The company operates a production base spanning over 50,000 square meters, featuring a Class 10,000 GMP cleanroom and a provincial-level standardized R&D laboratory, equipped with 123 automated production lines capable of manufacturing various cosmetic formulations

including aqueous solutions, lotions, creams, pastes, and facial masks. Currently, the company’s annual output consists of more than 9 million tons of aqueous cosmetic products, more than 6 million tons of emulsions, more than 3.6 million tons of creams, more than 6 million tons of pastes, and more than 20 million facial mask sheets. The company specializes in OEM/ODM customized manufacturing services for cosmetics, health foods, and special dietary foods, and has obtained multiple certifications, including GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards. Committed to collaborative innovation between industry, academia, and research, the company has established a comprehensive full-process quality control system and has deep expertise in the research, development, and production of functional cosmetics based on the concept of “food-derived medicinal ingredients,” offering complete end-to-end service capabilities covering formula development, regulatory filing, production, and delivery.

The research delegation, accompanied by the company’s executives, visited the corporate exhibition hall, the R&D laboratory, and the GMP-certified clean production workshop; they conducted an on-site inspection of the entire cosmetics production chain and gained a detailed understanding of the company’s development history, R&D innovation efforts, production capacity layout, contract manufacturing services, quality control system, as well as its future development plans. The delegation expressed full appreciation for Qingbaotang’s commitment to the beauty and healthcare industry, its adherence to compliant production practices, and its philosophy of prioritizing technological R&D.
During the symposium session, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as policy guidance for the cosmetics industry, production compliance management, new product R&D, integration of industrial chain resources, and market channel expansion. The enterprises presented their actual needs, development challenges, and directions for technological innovation within their current production and operational activities, expressing their hope to leverage the association’s platform to connect with high-quality industry resources and expand cooperation channels. The association’s secretariat meticulously recorded the enterprises’ requests, provided on-site interpretations of relevant industry policies, and offered constructive suggestions regarding compliance upgrades, brand building, and industry resource matching; meanwhile, the association reaffirmed its commitment to continuing to serve as a bridge and link by providing services such as policy dissemination, resource matching, and industry empowerment, thereby helping member enterprises overcome difficulties and ensuring their steady and sustainable growth.This series of visits has strengthened the bond between the Association and its member enterprises, effectively bridging the “last mile” in serving businesses.
